-Contemporary Management practices: Organizations particularly business organizations continuously face numerous contemporary issues in running their organizations. The responsibility of the managers of these organizations is to make the organization ready for facing them successfully. Managers are faced with the challenge of an ever-changing environment, ranging from increasing globalization, through converting the physical processes into electronic processes, to virtual ways of communicating.

-Leadership skills: This module can help you in all aspects of your career, from applying for jobs to seeking career advancement. One of many soft skills that employers value, leadership skills often incorporate several different personality traits and communication abilities that are useful for anyone to learn and practice over time. They are crucial for any executive, management, or supervisory position. This course is based to improve abilities that help you guide your team to meeting individual, group, department, and organizational goals.

-Emotional intelligence: When you think of a "Perfect Leader," What comes to your mind? You might picture someone who never lets his temper get out of control, no matter what problems he’s facing. Or you might think of someone who has a complete trust of his staff, listen to his team, she/he is easy to talk to and always makes careful, informed decisions. These are qualities of someone with a high degree of EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE. We recommend this training to managers and senior managers

-Customer care (basic, intermediate, advanced): Whether you plan a life-long career in customer service or view your present job as a stepping stone to something better, the skills inherent in providing good customer service will be assets in any field you choose. As a frontline service provider, it is your responsibility to ensure that your customers experience a positive customer experience with you because this impacts your organization’s ability to run a successful business. Yet everywhere, customer service providers are struggling to translate this knowledge into action.

-Advanced Excel: Excel is a software application of almost unlimited depth and complexity. There is no way to count the number of features it offers, but they must run into the thousands, if not tens of thousands. Fortunately, most business analysts do not need to become experts in all aspects of Excel, but they often find that they need to develop expertise in a few specialized domains within Excel. Which domains are relevant depend s on the job they perform as well as on their level of interest in Excel and spreadsheet modelling generally.   1. Engagement surveys:We propose various types of assessments that measure the degree of employee’s satisfaction within an organization. Factors such as business difficulties, strategic changes, management, buy-back, etc. can affect the social climate. Symptoms can then appear: turnover, resignations, absenteeism, sick leave ...In order to identify the underlying reasons, measure a change of the social atmosphere and come up with solutions, Infinity Group assist enterprises in conducting staff and customers engagement surveys.
  2. Social report studies:We help you for the study of the social balance sheet of your company. This allows you to identify the current state of the staff situation at any time, while strengthening the concept of internal communication to your company. The Social Assessment is a tool for management and decision support.
  3. HR Audit:We propose a Human Resources audit which consists in analysing the HR procedures and practices of a structure in order to identify the "good practices" already used, to alert on the practices likely to produce unwanted effects to the organization and, where appropriate, to recommend corrective actions (implementation of HR tools, training or awareness-raising actions for the stakeholders concerned ...).
